KIDS LEARN:
DISCIPLINE

1. Discipline. Confidence. Respect.
Our kids program is built on structure, not chaos. Parents come to us because they want their kids to learn focus, discipline, and how to carry themselves with confidence. We deliver that — without yelling, fear, or gimmicks.
Every class follows a clear structure where kids are expected to show up on time, line up, listen, and try hard. We teach them how to fall, how to stand, how to move, and how to deal with adversity — all through Jiu-Jitsu.
Our coaches hold the line on respect, effort, and attitude. And kids thrive in that environment. They leave class a little stronger, more confident, and proud of what they earned — and that carries into school, home, and life.

2. Homeschool Program That’s More Than PE
Our daytime homeschool classes give kids a structured, social, and physically engaging outlet — led by coaches who understand both martial arts and child development.
This isn’t just a way to burn energy. It’s a focused, intentional class where students build real skills in Jiu-Jitsu while also practicing patience, teamwork, and respect. The program is led by Coach Marie, a purple belt with 20+ years of experience in child care and yoga instruction, who brings a calm, steady presence to every session.
If you’re a homeschool parent looking for a meaningful addition to your child’s week — one that teaches grit, accountability, and real-world skills — this is it.

3. When They’re Ready, We Compete
We don’t push kids into tournaments — but when they’re ready and excited to try, we help them prepare the right way.
Our competition team has produced medalists at all levels. But more importantly, it’s built kids who are calm under pressure, able to perform with confidence, and resilient no matter the outcome.
We train to win, but we coach with perspective. Competing helps kids set goals, face nerves, and grow from challenges. Win or lose, it’s never about medals — it’s about mindset, effort, and growth.
